Privacy Policy for MuSa

At MuSa (Aplikasi Muhaaz Saham), one of our main priorities is the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected and recorded by MuSa and how we use it. Information We Collect

MuSa follows a standard procedure of using Analytics to process log data. Analytics log users activity when use our app. All companies do this and a part of services’ analytics. The information we collected, store, and use the following kinds of personal data:

1. Information about your device and about your activities of this Application. Such as but not limited to internet protocol (IP) addresses, device type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable.
2. Information that You provide to MuSa App for the purposes of registering with MuSa and maintaining Your User App Profile (such as email, name, and/or other personal details).
3. Any other Information that You choose to send to MuSa.

How We Use Your Data

The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the app, tracking users’ movement on the app, and gathering demographic information. Any use of personal data is solely for the purposes of improving and further development of MuSa Application. We do not sell any of user’s data.

User-shared data

Please note that the Musa application includes a sharing feature (Share) that allows Users to share User Generated Content and Content, for example: formulas, results and calculators with other Users. User Generated Content may include Personal Information. By default, the content is only stored locally on the device. We do not access or use the Artificial Content information. By sharing User Generated Content and Content, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH OTHER USERS / PEOPLE AND WHICH YOU DO AT SOLE RISK.

Preferences

Like any other app, MuSa uses ‘cookies’ or in this case is Preferences. These cookies are used to store information especially user’s preferences. The information is used to optimize the users’ experience by customizing our app content based on user’s device type and/or other information.

Google DoubleClick DART Cookie

Google is one of a third-party vendor on our app. It also uses cookies, known as DART cookies, to serve ads to our users based upon their visit to Muhaaz Saham and other sites on the internet. Privacy Policies

You may consult this list to find the Privacy Policy for each of the advertising partners of MuSa. Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on MuSa, which are sent directly to user. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit. Note that MuSa has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.

Third Party Privacy Policies

MuSa’s Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or app. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.

Children’s Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the app. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. MuSa does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our app, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

Online Privacy Policy Only

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for use to our app with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in MuSa. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this app.
